I recently had this problem Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation using about 5% cpu.
I think I have had it before but never found a solution, it seemed to come and go.
If you look for solutions on the web you will be hard pushed to find anything helpful the solutions seems unfeasible ie reinstalling all your drivers and rewriting the windows software yourself.
Another solution was to run a Microsoft antivirus, which I am doing but it is not finding anything as you might expect,
Anyhow I was running Vivaldi browser so I though I would close that and see what happened.
That seemed to cure it, ie it went down to 0% and seems to have stopped running altogether now.
I also restarted Vivaldi and the problems does not seem to have reappeared, so maybe that will be helpful to someone with the same problem.
Of course it maybe that stopping some other software than Vivaldi cures the problem.
Be interesting to see if anyone ever find this solution!!
Or if it appears on search results.

Yeah, I just love when some windows problem tells you to look online and the solution is uninstall this, reinstall that, fix certain lines of code or there is nothing mentioned to fox things. I'm thinking my next system is going to be a chromebook.

At one time when you searched for a solution to a computer problem online you tended to find it.
That was in the early days though, now it has changed, it is all commericalised and all you find is crap answers.
In the early days you have more real computer people on line, now any tom dick or harry who knows sod all is providing answers, sometimes trying to push a product, or just click bait for adverts.
Indeed a lot of the answer are hard to read and it is hard to know where the answer is.
Another thing is my start up time is much longer in Win 10, indeed I have to turn off fast startup or else it takes even longer.
So it seems like win 10 was pretty much a backward step!!

Yea another thing is a lot of the solution just look like they are not going to work, none of them tend to show and understanding of anything, the classic one seems to be reinstall drivers, as if the drivers would have changed. I guess reinstalling stuff can help but when it as windows problem reinstalling windows seems a bit OTT, especially as I only went to win 10 a few months ago! I used to start up real fast before (

Drivers get outdated but it would seem that with all the windows updates they could update those drivers for you.

Yes you would think so. Think is win 8.1 was pretty much perfect for me, seemed to be fault free, it was only the lack of a "start button" type thing that was a , however I found just pinning a few things to the task bar fixed that, so there were no real problem. It started real fast sometimes, however I think perhaps some app did it, maybe McAfee? I remember asking if I noticed the fast boot, and indeed I had. I don't notice it any more but it is just about acceptable.

i sent my lappy in for a clean up as it kept cutting out and crashing they pulled a lot of dog hair and fluff out of it and now it faster and quieter and hasnt crashed since happydays Oh that was good that they fixed it. They need air circulating to keep them , same as with Desktops. I imagine maybe it crashed when the CPU got to hot perhaps, if they get too hot the don't work well. I cleaned the CPU heat sink on my old PC ages ago, it was all clogged up with dirt. Even this one sometime gets a bit noisy if it is too hot as the fan has to work harder, I hate it when a PC is noisy mine is generally pretty good though, the CPU only uses 35 watts max, the last one was about 100 watts. Plus the heat sink was not seated correctly, it use to sound like a jumbo jet taking off!! I hated it! It is odd that the chip in it Intel Core i3-3220T @ 2.80GHz which came out in 2016 is better than the best I cam find these days www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core+i3-3220T+%40+2.80GHzThe best equivalent chip I can find on sale these days is the G4400 which has the same processing power but uses 54watts. www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Pentium+G4400+%40+3.30GHzI always look at the power usage when considering a PC, I would prefer a slower PC if it is quite, well up to a point anyway. Some entry level desktop PCs have this chip N3050 in www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Celeron+N3050+%40+1.60GHzIt is low power but only 1/4 as powerful as this machine, so not for me. Also my phone becasme incredible slow a while back and the camera in it kept crashing. However, I did a reset on it, ie hold the power button down for a long time and it did a reset, that seemed to fix the problem.

It seems a lot better now and has settled down, it boots up to login in about 25 seconds which I am pleased with, indeed it is working pretty well now really touch wood!

I would be happy with one of those on a desktop as get a bit hot in the summer, and hence noisier. However the modern desktops I see seems to either too low powered ie a passmark of less than 1000, or higher powered but over 50 watts, which I think is too much heat. I had problems with my PC yesterday, I could not log in, however it seems to be sorted now, touch wood!
