I wonder if they come in different sizes depending on your hand size? my son has an all singing all dancing one that changes colour Well that one only comes in the one size but you can obviously get bigger ones in different brands. But it comes down to what you are used to, your brain adapts and already it seems a lot easier to use. Some I have had in the past have had problems is the pointer moved too slow, but this one is just right in pretty much every respect. It actually has a 6th button on top but it does not seem to do anything.

It is a bit funny though that my old mouse squeaked.
I guess the two Ronnies could do a good sketch about that.
So guess it would go something like:-
"I want a mouse that doesn't squeak"

Oh I found what the 6th button does, basically changes speed/sensitivity.
So that is useful seems a good mouse for the price, I see some mice for about £40 and other times very simple 2 button mice for about £20, which seems a bit over priced to me.
